My wife and I have been married for more than 42 years, and together we've been blessed with two children and seven wonderful grandchildren. Some of our family's greatest memories have been made around the places we've called home—camping together, fishing on our pond, gathering around the table for meals, and exploring the beautiful parks, lakes, and mountains throughout Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the role homes and land play in our lives. They're more than investments; they're where traditions begin, memories are created, and legacies are passed from one generation to the next. That's why I believe every real estate decision deserves thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and a relationship built on trust.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent more than 27 years serving in Federal Law Enforcement. Throughout my career, I led complex financial investigations and worked to protect the public from fraud and dishonest business practices. Those years taught me the importance of integrity, attention to detail, and putting people first—principles that continue to guide every client relationship today. Outside of real estate, I enjoy beekeeping, farming, hunting, fishing, and hiking. After living and traveling throughout the United States, I've come to appreciate few places more than the Carolinas. Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina offer an incredible combination of natural beauty, strong communities, and opportunities to build a life surrounded by God's creation.
