I’ve been married to my wonderful wife for more than 42 years. We have two children and seven grands! Life around our growing family is never dull and always full of surprises, laughter and priceless experiences. Often, those shared experiences and cherished memories are tied to our homes and land – a great camping trip; meals and large family gatherings in someone’s home; fishing on our pond; a visit to one of the beautiful parks or lakes in Upstate South Carolina or Western North Carolina and so on. Land and homes are important to my family, and I want my Clients to know I understand the importance of their real estate transactions go well beyond just buying and selling. These are important decisions. Representing Clients in such important decisions is a privilege and carries an obligation of Trust.

I’m very fortunate to have lived and traveled all over the United States. I have a great appreciation for God’s creation and the vast beauty and creativity we find in nature. I enjoy beekeeping, farming, hunting, fishing and hiking and want to leave a legacy to my grandchildren that includes appreciating and enjoying the outdoors. Of all the places I’ve traveled, few are more desirable than the Carolinas, particularly South Carolina’s Upstate region and Western North Carolina.

I have tremendous experience and unique abilities to handle my Client’s SC and NC transactions but it doesn’t all come from practicing real estate. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, I enjoyed a rewarding career in Federal Law Enforcement for more than 27 years. For my real estate Clients, this means I’m able to draw on those years leading complex financial investigations and protecting the public from fraud and dishonest business practices to better serve my Clients. Character, integrity and competence are central to the way I operate my business and look out for my Clients.
